The resolution was the culmination of a two-day strategy retreat held recently in Lagos by the multi-brand automotive assembler and distributor’s management team.

From new vehicle sales to after-sales service offerings and total brand experience, Coscharis is committed to delivering a top-notch customer experience that will further appeal to all the brands it represents in Nigeria to various clients.

Speaking at the retreat, Chairman/CEO of Coscharis Group (which has Coscharis Motors Plc as one of the subsidiaries), Dr. Cosmas Maduka instructed the team to continuously delight all customers by going the extra mile to deliver real value for money as the company’s payline indicates.

The retreat brought together under one roof all the various team leaders from Automotive Sales, Aftermarket, Assembly, Certified Cars, Automotive Service, Automotive Components, Finance, Human Resources, Logistics, Orders, Imports, Information Technology, Marketing and Corporate Communications to reflect on how to collectively raise the bar in delivering top-notch Total Customer Satisfaction through super crew.
