Step Up: Sylvain Seguin appointed President, Fix Network Canada

Blainville, Quebec ⁠— Fix Network has announced the promotion of Sylvain Seguin to President of Fix Network Canada, effective September 26, 2022.

Sylvain has been with Fix Network Canada since 2018 when he joined as Vice President of Operations. In this role, he oversaw the operations teams for all brands in Canada, including Fix Auto, ProColor Collision, NOVUS Glass and Speedy Auto Service.

In 2020, he was promoted to Executive Vice President of Fix Network (Canada). He has over 30 years of experience in automotive aftermarket services.

“Over the past two years, Sylvain has demonstrated strong leadership as Executive Vice President of Fix Network Canada,” said Steve Leal, President and CEO of Fix Network World. “As our network continues to grow, this move will allow Sylvain to build a team that is agile, proactive and responsive to the needs of our franchisees, our insurance partners and our staff. I am proud of his accomplishments and know that our Canadian business is in very good hands.

“I am very excited and grateful for this new opportunity,” said Sylvain. “I know we have a great base to build on and we have a lot of work to do moving forward. Accordingly, I am streamlining our leadership team in Canada to better focus on our goals and objectives.

Other changes to the Fix Network (Canada) team, also effective September 26, 2022, include:

  • André Cabana to the First Vice-President (Quebec), reporting to Sylvain
  • General Manager Marc Morin and Regional Vice-President Yves Roy will report to André Cabana
  • Daryll O’Keefe was promoted to First Vice-President of Canada (includes all provinces except Quebec), reporting to Sylvain
  • Regional Vice Presidents Chris Peterson and Mark Weeks will report to Daryll O’Keefe
