On World Electric Vehicle Day, Tork Motors rolled out its unique Mobile Service Van – PIT CREW. The service van will act as a compact showroom and service center on wheels with the ability to maintain scheduled motorcycle maintenance. PIT CREW vans are currently functional in Pune, and by the end of this functional year, they will also be rolled out in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Ahmedabad. The vans can accommodate three motorcycles at a time and will also be used for delivery purposes.
“Customer satisfaction has always been our priority at Tork Motors, and the PIT CREW is designed to deliver exactly the same. With this, we are sure to reach our customers located in remote areas and offer the same. With this, we are sure to reach our customers located in remote areas and offer a convenient solution for urban customers who are still on the run. With this distinctive business model, we seek to strengthen our service network as well as expand our reach across cities,” added Shelke.

Drawing directly from the brand’s motorsport heritage, Tork Motors PIT CREW will carry all the tools, spare parts and other consumables needed to meet immediate and last-minute vehicle maintenance needs. They will also be connected to the cloud to detect any software errors and provide all necessary updates for the motorcycles during maintenance, just like the experience of the race pit crew.
